RETURNS POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods purchased from WV. If you receive your items damaged or have received the wrong items, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
If you aren't happy with your goods and wish to complete a return, please send proof of purchase and pictures of the fault to our customer services email: customerservices@wildviolet.co.uk
Once we have received your items back we will analyse the issue and determine whether you will be approved for a refund or exchange. Once approved you will receive your refund through the payment channel you paid with. Please allow 3-7 working days for your refund to appear in your account. If after this time you haven't received payment please don't hesitate to contact us via our customer services email.
Please note, we don't currently cover return postage fee's unless the item is faulty or you receive the wrong items.
