How do I qualify for your MUA discount?

You must add 15+ lashes to your basket to be entitled to the offer. You can then enter code MUA50 at checkout and receive the MUA discount. Please note we don't agree to the resale of our lashes online (unless legally authorised) but we certainly encourage offline sales.

I've received my order but it is faulty. What do I do?

We are truly sorry and offer our sincere apologies. If you can send imagery of proof of fault to our customer services email: customerservices@wildviolet.co.uk... we will then deal with the matter within 1-3 working days.

My order has not been delivered on time

How do I apply the lashes?

Delicately remove the lashes from the lash try using a pair of tweezers. Hold lash to natural lash line to measure. Carefully trim the false lash to your desired length using scissors. Apply false lash adhesive to your falsie and allow to dry for 30 secs. Press false lash to your natural lash line and you're ready to flutter!

Are your mink lashes cruelty free?

We as a brand are very much against all aspects of animal cruelty and therefore honour the cruelty free methods which are used to create our mink lashes. The animals do not come to harm as only the discarded fur is gathered by our established and certified manufacturer. The mink fur is then sterilised so it is safe to use and only gathered during shredding seasons.

I'm entering a discount code but it's not working

If you are trying to use the MUA discount code, please make sure you have the correct amount of lashes in your basket for the relevant discount to be applied, otherwise it won't work. Some discount codes are only applicable for a certain amount of time. Please double check the usage time before querying the code.
